Shipping Policy

 

Processing:

We usually process orders within 1-3 business days.

Sometimes processing may take longer if:

• Payment information is incomplete

• Your shipping address is missing details

• We experience high demand during certain seasons

If any of these issues occur, we will contact you by email before moving forward to make sure your order can be delivered successfully.

 

Shipping Times:

• UK & United States: 7-10 business days

• International: 10-14 business days

Shipping can occasionally be delayed due to things outside our control, like:

• Bad weather

• Holiday periods

• Mistakes by the shipping company

We’ll do our best to keep you updated with any shipping delays.

 

Taxes and Duties:

Any customs taxes or duties charged by your country are your responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you’re unsure of the rates.

Please note that Kenneth Rebels is not responsible for delays caused by customs. Delivery timing is controlled entirely by the destination country’s authorities.

Order Cancellation:

If you want to cancel your order after payment, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee a cancellation because orders are quickly sent to the warehouse.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to return the item after receiving it.
