Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges


We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact support@stellarmarketing.io Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. All returns must include a tracking number and be sent to our logistics partners in China. Customers cover return shipping costs. Refused orders, wrong addresses, or uncollected packages incur a 15 Euro shipping fee deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items
Perishable goods, custom or personalised items, personal care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned. Contact us if unsure.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return it first, then place a new order for your preferred item.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Orders shipped to the EU can be cancelled or returned within 14 days for any reason, following the same return conditions.

Refunds
We’ll notify you once your return is received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed, contact support@stellarmarketing.io.

 

Order Cancellation (Non-EU Orders)
If you are outside the European Union, you can cancel your order within 3 hours of purchase by contacting support@stellarmarketing.io. After that, standard return procedures apply.
